Custom Orders — Final Sale

Any custom orders placed are final and cannot be returned. Since these products are individually made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. This includes:

• Wall decorations with specific designs
• Products made following your instructions and visualizations

Usage of Logos in Custom Orders

While we allow users to upload their desired designs, our role is limited to production. We do not participate in the creation, modification, or approval of user-provided designs.

If you request to incorporate any logo, trademark, or design into your custom order:

• You are solely responsible for the use of such materials
• This includes any legal disputes or liability from intellectual property infringement
• You confirm you have necessary authorization to use said materials

We reserve the right to seek compensation for damages resulting from unlawful actions that violate third-party intellectual property rights.

Product Availability

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel and return products within 14 days from delivery. We will refund all payments within 14 days from receiving the returned goods. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

This does not apply to custom orders made to your specifications.
